1. put your front foot a little farther back then you would for a kickflip but pointing in the same direction, and the ball of your back foot on the toe edge corner of the tail
2. lean back a little and pop the board. as you're popping, swing your back foot back and around in a u-like shape and kick outwards very hard with your front foot.(make sure you jump high too so the board can do a 360)
3. wait for the board to completely rotate and flip, then catch it. after a while you'll be able to tell when to put your feet down.
4. when you land you have to center your weight again so you don't fall.
