The Postage Stamps of Raoul of 1994

1994 (1st June.) 10th Anniversary of the International Council of Independent States (ICIS). Overprinted in black by the K.D.P.N. Some stamps have an error with two rows of print transposed, so that the overprint reads " 1994 - Tenth Anniversary of the Independent Council of International States." This error is actually in larger quantity than the correct version on those two values it exists on.
