Sandale  is a Bed & Breakfast establishment
situated in colourful gardens, overlooking
Loch Ewe and the mountains beyond.


The picturesque village of Aultbea,
lies strung out along a sheltered bay
overlooking the Isle of Ewe.

Loch Ewe was a hive of activity during World War II, when it was an assembly point
for ships on convoy to Russia.  Aultbea is an excellent base for hill walking, bird wtching,
loch fishing or just relaxing, and taking it easy.  In the village there are two well stocked
shops.  There are also two hotels, a post office, and a filling station within walking distance.
A Guest Lounge is available all 
day long where you can relax and
browse through our large selection
of books and magazines.
