• ½ cup Strawberries (sliced)
  • 1/3 cup Banana (sliced)
  • ½ cup of any of the following: Peach (sliced), Cantaloupe (sliced), or Orange
  • ½ cup Apple (peeled and sliced)
  • ¼ cup Red Grapes (halved)
  • ½ tsp. Orange Zest (minced)
  • 1 tsp. Sugar (optional)
  • ¼ cup Orange Juice


  1. Place the orange juice in a large glass bowl. Add the zest, strawberries, banana, peaches, cantaloupe, oranges, apple and grapes. Add sugar if you want a sweeter fruit salad.
  2. Toss the fruit in the orange juice, especially the apples and bananas so they don't turn brown. Enjoy right away, or cover and refrigerate for about two hours.
