  • 6 Chilli Peppers (minced)
  • 1 tbsp. of Garlic (Lasan) (minced)
  • 1 tsp. of Black Peppers
  • 6 oz. can of Tomato Paste
  • 1 tsp. of Lemon Juice
  • 12 oz. of Vinegar
  • Olive Oil

1) Saute your peppers and garlic in about a tablespoon of olive oil. Stir in the tomato paste and half of the vinegar. Bring to a boil and add the rest.

Tips: If available, chipolte peppers are fabulous with this.
To use habs--puree in blender (small amount of water)and strain. Use resulting liquid unless you reall enjoy heat.
If you use more than one habenero you can reduce vinegar by amount of liquid added.
