  • 4 large Potatoes
  • 1 tsp. Cumin Seeds (Saabut Sufaid Zeera) (roasted & coarsely crushed) (for garnish)
  • 1 tsp. Red Chilli Powder (Pisi Lal Mirch) (more or less may be used depending on spice preferance.)
  • ½ tsp. Turmeric Powder (Pisi Haldi)
  • Salt (to taste)
  • 2 tbsp. Plain Yogurt
  • 1 tbsp. Cooking Oil

    1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add the plain yogurt, turmeric powder and potatoes. Mix; add salt and red chilli powder. Cook on medium heat; stirring occasionally for about 10 minutes or until potatoes are well done.
    2. Transfer into a serving dish and sprinkle with crushed cumin powder.

    Serving Suggestions: Serve hot with Plain Rice, Chapati Rotis, or Nans
