  • 1 kilogram Chicken
  • 1 kilogram Carrots (sliced)
  • 4-5 Green Chillies (Hari Mirch)
  • Salt (to taste)
  • 1 tsp. Chinese Salt (Ajinomoto)
  • 2 tsp. Black Peppers (Pisi Kaali Mirch)
  • 1 tsp. Garlic Paste (Pisa Lehsan)
  • 1 tsp. Ginger Paste (Pisi Adrak)
  • 2 tbsp. Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp. Cooking Oil

1) Put oil in a pot on medium heat. When the oil gets hot add in: chicken, ginger paste, garlic paste, carrots, soya sauce, black peppers, salt, and chinese salt. Mix and cover pot on medium heat and let the chicken cook for approximately hour.

2) After hour, add green chillies. Now cover pot and let Chicken cook on low heat for another 15 minutes.
