  • 2 ounces of Hot Expresso
  • 2 ounces of Cold Whole Milk
  • ½ ounce of Almond Syrup
  • Ground Nutmeg (for dusting)


  1. Steam the syrup and milk together and let it sit aside.
  2. Prepare the espresso and pour it in a 6 ounce cup. And gently add the hot steamed milk until the cup is about 2/3 full.
  3. Spoon the light foam over the top of the hot cappuccino to form a peak and dust it with nutmeg.
