Our 'Campground' has been in business since 1998. It
has been a great experience, as well as
hard work for us at times but the rewards
have been worth it.

lives together as well as with our guests.
Life has given us each other.We believe our
future together promises to give even more. "

Vaughn has retired from work on the Ferry boat that
sails from Brier Island to Westport. He worked
there for 18 years.
But the job he seems to love best is at
the Campground.He is a jack of
all trades on the campground; creating new ideas
from time to time, such as making
jewellery from the many rocks he has collected..


This lady is proudly wearing a necklace Vaughn created. Vaughn is a swell guy who greets all with
an exuberant smile and hearty welcome.
Your wish is his command.He is an entertainer
with his musical talent of playing guitar, banjo
and singing. Bluegrass tunes are
a favorite. His generous spirit will warm your heart.

Gloria is the happy home-maker and she
runs her ship well. She is an experienced
seamstress and has many talents she uses willingly.
She has worked for Canada Post for many years
but the post she works at now is
the one she enjoys as she greets new
visitors and campers, too.A clean and welcoming
campground is a priority to her. She loves
to see the children and all young at
heart enjoying the play area or having a
quiet and relaxing time around the firepit in
evenings. To watch their pleasure gives her delight.
She opens her home with great hospitality. Her
kind gentle spirit draws you to her.
