wedding is an elaborate and long affair. The the wedding
rituals spread for three days, which excludes certain
engagement and post wedding rituals. The rituals involve
not only the bride and the groom, but with them, a lot of
other close relatives, who are the part of this event. However, now-a-days, lot of activities are crashed in these three days, due the shortage of time and shortage of relative power. Here, we shall present a brief description of the various steps of Bengali Wedding, with the example of the wedding between Mohua and Abhijit and certain photos. |
