At this point you can tell by the look on Snake's face that he is absolutly furious.
"That thing can execute surprise attaks from anywhere on earth with no possible way of being detected... it's nuclear for god's sake! These people think it'll be OK to use it for military defence, but it's no other jet or tank! And these other countries are not to be trusted enough to say that they won't get some sort of sense of power from such a dangerous weapon, People WILL be killed! Someone WILL start a war!

"There's nothing we can do." Otacon said.
"Yes there is........sabotage." ,said Snake.
"That's illegal, Snake."
"But necessary, and for the better. No One else can do it. We have the potential to stop this before it starts....and I can't do it without you, Otacon." Snake replied.
