JAN 2003 : This cartoon originally appeared in The University Of Tasmania student magazine, TOGARTUS. It is reproduced here for the first time in yonks. It's initial appearance initiated threats of violence from one of it's victims. Luckily for the author it was published under his psuedenom, Peter Penrose. It is infact an act of revenge. It is also a document of some historical importance, being one of the few remaining fragments of the history of Hobart Bands, 'THE PRESS' and 'THE TIGER BAND' aka 'THE TYGER BAND'.
