What would the game be like?

As far as the engine goes it would have to be completely new. Think of something that would surpass Guilty Gear X, or a cel shaded game possibly. The story/game would be about the ultimate Street Fighter Tournament. The prize? 1 Billion dollars. Each fighter enters the tournament for the money, the fight, or both. Your character will also have their own individual sub boss and final boss, similar to what was in Street Fighter Alpha 1 and 2 where characters would fight their own boss and sub boss at the end of the game. After you beat the game you’ll see your characters ending (which will make sense for once)and during the credit roll you’ll see highlights from your fights being played.

What characters will be featured in the game?

When designing this game one of the toughest challenges for me was choosing what characters where to be in it. I knew I wanted to combine the casts of diffrient Street Fighter games, but I had a hard time trying to remember every character that appeared in a Street Fighter game. I ended up looking on a web site called Street Fighter Legends, which had info on every character that appeared in a Street Fighter game. After I had written down all the characters I realized that I had to many. I knew I had to trim the list down. When trying to figure out who to cut and who to keep two things crossed my mind, one would the character make sense to be in the story? and two does anyone even like or play as this character? The characters are really those characters who care about fighters pride, growing stronger, or looking for the ultimate fight. Here is the current list of characters. Note I may add/subtract characters due to demand.

Are there any new characters?

Just Mel, but alot of the older characters look completely new, and you can always make a custom character and give them a story, to make it seem as if they were a new character.

Is there a multiplayer feature?

Yes. Hopefully there would also be one for the US version for once.

What other modes would be in the game besides Story, Versus, Training, Online, and Edit?

Firstly there’d be an adventure mode. Something along the lines of a revamped Final Fight (note the control configure would change to allow the use of jump button, due to the fact that the up button in Final Fight is used to move up)You’ll go through a city fighting enemies from classic Cacpom games such as Final Fight, Captain Commando, Strider, Mega Man and some zombies from Resident Evil. There will be sub bosses at certain points and then you’ll fight the final boss if you survive that far. The more you use your moves the better they become. So by the time you get through it you should be pretty decent. You can also play it again and again and increase the difficulty for a challenge and more points. Another mode that would be included in the game would be a gallery. The gallery would consist of two sections Illustrations and Ending Collection. Pretty self-explanatory once you’ve beaten the game with a character you will get their ending and a piece of artwork to go in the gallery section. The only other mode that would probably fit would be Mini Games, consisting of the various games and bonus modes found in other Capcom games. I think that's enough.

What would the inclusion of the internet bring to the game?

Well besides the multiplayer games, people could upload their custom characters to a hosted online database, in which players can download another persons character or characters. Simialr to what is done with the Mugen program. It wouldn't be to long after that a game editor would come out that would allow players to take the customization to an extreme level.

What other possible potential does would this game have?

Once the initial version of Street Fighter 4 would be completed, the games same engine could be used to recreate the other Capcom fighting games using the same engine, such as Dalkstalkers.
