Well alot of that "stuff" doesn't appeal to me as much today as it
did back then, so stay tuned...

(my 2 cents worth) :
I love feedback...
I love getting it, I love giving it.
So far, its always been positive on both sides,
I honestly hope it stays that way.
I feel, however, that it is the seller's responsability to leave
feedback first, after all, once he's received payment,
he should be happy and leave the appropriate comment.
The buyer should return the favor as soon as he has received and
inspected the item.
I also believe that before leaving a negative or even a neutral
feedback, both parties should communicate and try to resolve
whatever the reason for it might be together.
