This cheerful, energetic 5th grader has a strong sense of justice. He's very athletic and is a member of the soccer club. He's hot-blooded and tends to act before he thinks, and because of that often has conflicts with his friends...!! He gets to the Digital World by following a mysterious email left on his cell phone. Takuya appears to be the leading male character in the series, since he obviously carries the trademark goggles, which always signified the head of the group. Much like the characters from the first two seasons, Takuya is athletic and coincidentally a member of his school's soccer club. He's a determined individual and sometimes his actions are carried out more so on whim, where as trouble might ensue simply because he does not think things through and as such various conflicts will arise in the friendships that he might carries with the other children. Despite this, Takuya is assertive and at the same time caring and this can be seen in the way he acts towards the younger Tommy.
