The wind was blasting through my beautiful blond hair, but I didn't give a bloody heck.  All I care at that moment was getting into that space, the last one I can see in this so-called high school's parking lot.  God, I hated this school!  Not as much as I hated that blue-headed girl, who has suddenly zoomed her car in front of me.  There was no way in hell or heaven I’m going to let that goody-two-shoes take over my parking space!

“Hey woman! Why don’t you and your yellow ‘Jeepy hibby’ go somewhere else, this parking space is mine, got it!?”  I said coolly as I stuck out my tongue at her.

Lily stared back at me with her spring-green eyes and replied, “I’m so sorry Eva, I didn’t see your name on it anywhere.”  She stuck her tongue out at me as I did to her.”  Besides, I got here first.”

Geeze, what a copycat!  My anger immediately boiled up to a 100 degrees and I wanted to zap her dead right on the spot with my supernatural power.

Right in the middle of our fight, a familiar red Safari appeared out of nowhere and drove right between our cars and into mine-to-be parking space.  What the heck!  Who in the world has enough guts to mess with me?  Eva Devlin, the meanest and wildest girl in school.  Then I saw him, Alexander Michso, Mr. Perfect, a senior and also the Student Body President.

“Well, I’m so glad you both decided to save me the trouble finding a parking space, again.  I could hear you both arguing miles away.  Make sure you do the same tomorrow; you both are just what I needed to get me going through the day.  Thank you girls.” With that, he winked at both of us, and toyed around with his white shirt's collar.

“Grow up Michso!”  Lily and I yelled at his back in unison

He walked away with an angelic laugh.  “After you.”

That was my last drop of anger; I silently cursed that guy to hell and zapped his front tires flat with my demonic power.  I’ll destroy him if he ever pulls that “Thank you” stunt again, how annoying and commentary at the same time. He’s a rake, that’s what he was.  He could charm a damned snake if he wanted to.  For goodness sake, why am I thinking about him?  I don’t even like him!  Alex is just not my type, not at all.

Great, not am I only late to class, but I’m also going to waste another half of my day on a bunch of lovesick teenagers and their worthless lives, rather than kicking some real goody-two-shoe’s butts. Sigh…  This mission will be over, after the clock strikes 12:00 PM, then, and only then, can I finally eliminate Lily Ipres, the heiress of the Land of Lost Souls, to dust.  I cleared my head of that exciting thought as I took my seat next to Lily, my nemesis and lab partner in Chemistry.

Abruptly, the announcement came on, "Good morning students… we are having some difficulty with the weather, please stay tranquil and head to the gym with your instructor… immediately!”

Well, I didn’t plot on killing Lily in front of my peers, but who give a crap.  Everyone lined up in rows, just as it was ordered and headed toward the gym.  Then we all took our seats safely on the bleachers.  Student Body President, Alexander, appeared in the middle of the gym’s floor and announced through microphone with his infamous soothing voice.

“Students of Milky Way High, we had been reported that there might be a tornado coming our way, no one is sure at the moment, but please, take your seats and stay calm.”  As he finished, Vice President, Pearl Michso, emerged into sight and whispered a few words to Alex, his face suddenly went white.  Before we really caught onto what was really going on, Alex said, “I’ll hand you over to Ms. Michso now, but as your President, I’ll come back with more information.”  With that, he bolted out through the ‘Exit’ door.  Then everyone started to talk at once.

“Please everyone, stay calm.  Alex and the Principal are outside with some weather scientists, and before you know it, everything well be just fine,” Pearl assured the students.

A half hour later, I hear the ‘Entrance’ door rumble, then Alex weakly walks in, hands over his bloody chest, and stumble to the floor.  Pearl immediately rush to his side, “Alex, are you alright, what had happened?”

Breathlessly, Alex said, “Pearl, everybody outside are dea…dead!  It’s not a tornado, but a gigantic whirlpool of wind that sucked everything in its ways.  Like... like a mega size Pandora Box, that… that thing is horrible, I… I was lucky enough to have had escaped.  Pearl, you have to get everyone out… out…of...”  His exhaustion took over and he fainted in Pearl’s arms.

“Alex?  Alex?  You’ll be alright, I’ll get you some help, please, don’t die!”  Pearl said as tears fell down her face.  Panic spread across the gym like diseases.

Pearl’s sad voice echoed across the gym, “Lily, Lily, where are you? Come down here this instance, Alex needs your help... Hurry!”

Lily’s face flushed white and she immediately tried to get across the crowded circle that is surrounding Alex and Pearl, but she got stuck half way through.  With a defeated look on her face, she jumped into mid air and floated through the crowd, just in time to reach between Alex and Pearl.  Well wasn't that original of Ms. Lily Ipres, her human cover are now blown to smithereens.

“Alex?  Don’t you give up on me now, where is all your spare energy you told me about this morning?”  Tears molten around Lily’s eyes, and she let it fell down her cheeks as she put her shaky hands above Alex’s bloody chest.  A warm white glow forms around Lily’s hand; next, it faded through Alex’s body.  Students and teachers who had witness the strange supernatural light were in great shock.  They’re not really sure how to react, but just stare and hope it would save their beloved Alex.

My heart started to beat wildly from the moment Alex walked in with pain.  All I could think about was to get to his side, and I’m not going to let that blue-headed chit have the glory of saving him.  After a few considerations, I decided to rush to Alex.

In a mellow melody ring out, I glimpse at the school’s clock, it’s 11:59 AM.  I have another minute left until its stroke 12:00 PM.  Then it’s time to terminate Lily, the to-be-dead heiress of the Land of Lost Souls.

“Lily!”  I hollered, but Lily barely noticed my call, all her attentions were on Alex.  So I shouted again across the gym as I ran down the bleacher at 30 mph.  “Lily!  Get your hands off of him.”

Lily looked up at me with serious, sad eyes, “This is no time to have a fight Eva, Alex is going to die if I don’t heal him quick enough…” Lily sniffed and turned back to tend to Alex's wounds.

“I’ll take care of him, and he’s not going to die, Ms. Heiress.  You are!”  As I finished the words, everybody’s are on me.

“What?  What do you mean by that?”  Lily asked in confusion, her hands still on Alex’s wound.

“Don’t play innocence on me, Lily, I know exactly who you really are.”  Everybody froze as I finished the word, especially Pearl, as if she’s in a trance.

“Who I am?  What are you on, drugs?  Is that all you can think of?  Alex is hurt, he needs help.  If you’re not planning to help… get out of my sight!”  She said as she slowly stood up with Alex’s arm around her neck for support.  “We need the school nurse, I can only manage to hold off his bleeding with my magic, it won’t last very long.”

I stared into Lily’s green, watery eyes and warned her once again, “Now that I think about it, it doesn’t matter if he lives or not, you’re all going to die, as soon as the Pandora box has 100% power, it’s going to suck you all in like the dust you all truly are.  Besides, I need to get myself out of here as soon as you are dead.  So don’t you waste my precious time.   Lily, it’s time you and I put the end to this stupid charades.”

“I don’t care what you are, or why you’re here, but get out of my way, Eva Devlin!”

“I'm giving you a fair fight, Lily.  So, if you know what’s good for you, you’ll take that chance, or else, I‘ll kill that pretty boy right before your eyes and everybody else’s.”

Lily softly settled Alex back into Pearl’s arms, and mindlessly stood up, she quickly cast a sleeping spell through out the gym.  Almost immediately, everybody, except the Pearl, Alex, and myself, dropped to the ground in a hard thug and into a dreamless slumber.  “My last warning to you, Eva.  Move out of my way!” Lily warned as she wiped the tears away from her flushed face.  This was the first time I truly saw her cry, she was always serene, but the look on her face at that moment, sent chills down my spines.

“Not until you are dead, my dear,”  I swiftly answered.

Pearl briskly walked in between us and secured her hold on Alex, she paused and said, “I knew I saw you somewhere, Eva, the flashback just came to me.  I saw you last week on T.V.; you were in the shadow, behind the mayor.  You killed him didn’t, you? You work for that one, ‘Demonic Corporation’, the most powerful hell clan that tried to take over Lily’s kingdom.  Aren’t you? Confess it!”

“What if I did?  What are you going to do about it little girl, scratch me to death?”

Lily’s eyes turned cold, and more tears start pouring down her burning face, “Pearl had warned me about you, but I abandoned her warning.  Because I thought I saw some goodness behind your icy blue eyes, Eva, but I was wrong, dead wrong.  You’re just a soulless person who follows order; it’s time you pay for all your wrong doing…  ‘Sources of the lost and the found, I ask for thee light of eternal darkness, to bid this girl in a eternal slumber--’” she immediately paused as she heard Alex violently coughed with blood oozing from his mouth. Lily turned away from me and comforted Alex, “Alex?  Alex?  Hold still, I’ll try to heal you again…”

I totally spaced out about her words, “…because I thought I saw some goodness behind your icy blue eyes, Eva, but I was wrong,” she believed I had some goodness in me?  HAHAHA, what a joke, but truly, it was touching.  It somewhat warmed my heart.  Just imagined it, me, capable of such things?  All of that crap made me sick!  Time is running out, I have to do something now.  Right now is my chance to kill her once and for all.  She's too lovesick worried about Alex, wait, why is she anyway?  She never showed any interest before, or did she?  I felt the jealousy coming up my throat, and the sight of Lily holding Alex tight to her.  Then she whispered, “Don’t leave now Alex, I need you, your sister need you, we needs you.  Even though you don’t know it yet, but please, hang on… please…”  As I stand there seeing the courage and love that she had for him, it made me sicker!  It also made me want to come over and help them.  Bah, what a ridiculous thought!

I wanted to say something nice, but the words came out, “Lily say good-bye to your friends now, or else it would be too late for you, when I slaughter them all.”

“Can’t you understand Eva?  Can’t you understand what love is?  Can’t you?  Look at her?  She’s in love, and he might die!  Just look and tell me you don't have feelings toward Alex.  I know you do.  I can see it in your eyes right now!”  Pearl cried out with pouring tears.

“Please Eva, help me, I cannot heal him alone,” Lily begged.

I blocked out their whining voices, and I chanted, “Forces of hell, the dark mare of their doom, give them what they dared for,” a sources of fire appeared.

            “Please Eva, please…”  Pearl pleaded.

The sources of my fireball disappeared as fast as it has appeared, when I told it to stop.  I couldn’t believe it.  I stopped the fire!  But why?  Why did I do it?  I could have had killed them all right on the spot, but I didn’t.  Before I knew what I was doing, I found myself kneeling by Alex’s side, parallel to Lily.  I took my long sleeve an wiped away the blood from his mouth, and quickly put out my hands above the wound just as Lily, and a familiar white glow appeared, but this time, with the power of two, the glow is bigger and brighter.  Alex’s whole body seem to appeared as a gold aura, he almost reminded me of the God I have had in my dreams. Could he be the one?  Impossible!

When the glow settled down, Alex returned to his normal self.  He opened his eyes as he first saw Lily and then me.  His perfect sensual lips tipped up in a handsome smile. I almost melted on the spot by it.  When I glanced at Lily, I saw her blushed in crimson red, like she is drunk or something.   HAHAHA!

“Hello girls, what am I laying on the floor for, and why are your hands on me?”  The boyish smirk returns to his face, and he winked with one of his midnight-violet-blue eye.  This time, I just wanted to smack him.  The same thought ran through Lily’s face when I glanced over at her.

“Oh Alex, I’m so happy that you’re ok,” Pearl came closer to her brother and gave him a giant hug.

I stood up, about to turn and leave, but when I felt a cold, sharp stab of metal through me; I looked up at the huge, dark, dreadful shadow and froze in horror.  The last thing I saw was the worried looks on Lily, Alex, and Pearl's faces, then I felt myself fading into oblivion.  I’ve betrayed my Master, and now he came for a revenge.  Well, as least tomorrow I don’t have to worry about finding another stupid parking space.  It’s over for me now, I felt my life energy draining away, and I’m drifting into a dark, peaceful sleep.  The one I always dreamt of having.
