Strawberry Shortcake lives in a strawberry house that grew out of the ground specially for her. Her day begins and ends with a smile, with laughter in between. Her world extends as far as the next strawberry patch, where she happily tends to her larger-than-life berries. She's usually accompanied by Custard, her polka-dot kitten. Together, they criss-cross a lovely, imaginary land, picking strawberries and making jam and other treats from her harvest. Strawberry enjoys a simple country life. Her thoughts and work are uncomplicated. She's direct, honest and somewhat naive. And, like all optimists, she rarely sees beyond the next sunbeam. As long as there are plants to be cared for and friends to share them with, all's right with the world for Strawberry Shortcake.
Strawberry Shortcake's Friends
Strawberry Shortcake has very many friends, although the pic above only shows 4. Let me introduce them to you. The one with the black hair is Almond Tea and the one with the blonde is Lemon Meringue. The girl seated next to Strawberry Shortcake is Crepe Suzette while the one laying on the ground is Apricot. She actually has 12 friends but this only pictures 4. Every single one also has a pet.
