Hunger
- Many people in various places around the world suffer from hunger. More than 800 million
people throughout the world live with chronic hunger. Approximately four million low-income
children under the age of 12 experience hunger each year and an additional 9.6 million
children are at risk of hunger. Humans have an uneven distribution of available resources,
this leads to a shortage of food some places, and a surplus of food other places.
This can be explained by many different factors, such as war, politics, natural disasters,
technology, resources etc.
