Policies and Terms of Agreement

Unfortunately, every company has to have policies in which they need to enforce. Here are ours:

Rain- Cancellation due to inclement weather must be made by 8:00 am on the day of the event. If no cancellation is made, and our crew makes the trip to your event, the deposit will be kept as payment in full. If wanting to reschedule, another deposit will be required.

Deposits- We require a non-refundable ($25) deposit to secure a reservation (for clown. In the event of cancellation (with at least 48 hours notice), the deposit will be applicable for future bookings, but will not be refunded.

Payment Options- We accept deposits in the form of check or money order. The balance due on event day must be in the form of cash or money order. Full payments will be accepted by check if submitted at least 7 business days before the event. We do NOT accept any credit cards. There will be a $30.00 charge for all returned checks.

Payment Procedures- In the interest of assuring prompt set-up and take down, the balance due on the day of the event is due at the beginning. At this time, a representative from Laf N Jak will present the client with a receipt for the services. We sincerely believe that getting this process over at the start of the event is better for everyone involved.
