Laughing Jack was born in Lancaster, Ohio, in the mind of Don Shepherd roughly 8 years ago. He traveled to Fort Myers, Florida, and is trying to make new friends. He has had quite a life so far.. he's done numerous birthday parties, festivals, parades, you name it, he's done it....and he's hoping to do even more!!
