The Yamato Mk. II powered combat armor is roughly the same size and shape as Samus Aran's power suit, but with a much stockier appearance. The armor is silver with blue edging and a blue arm cannon. It has a gold V-shaped blade on the forehead as an obvious reference to a samurai helmet. Lastly, on the outsides of the ankles of the suit are two small vents used to propel air through for the Jump Jets.

Equipment:

• Pulse Blaster
  Aegis' sidearm, the Pulse Blaster is a laser pistol powered by a Helium-Flouride reaction. Still, it is not a very powerful weapon, dealing only minimal damage.

  Yamato Mk II Powered Combat Armor

  An upgraded version of the Yamato Powered Combat Armor built after the original Yamato model was destroyed in an attempt to fire the Charged Particle Beam Cannon in mid-air. It can use a number of special weapons as listed below.

  • E-Naginata
    A weapon comprised of a polearm with blades of light blue colored energy on both ends, specially designed for use with the Yamato armor. For times when ranged weapons just won't do the job.

    Fire Beam

    This chargable pulse weapon deals non-elemental damage from the beam itself but also adds a minimal amount of fire damage. It is especially useful against mechanical enemies as it can cause weaker mechanical enemies to overheat, temporarily disabling or sometimes even outright destroying them if it is charged enough.

    Concussion Rocket

    A shoulder-mounted missile pod designed to fire hydrogen filled high explosive shells dealing massive damage within a blast radius of five feet but with only limited homing capability.

    Super: Exicionis Orbis

    After the Charged Particle Beam Cannon was destroyed with the original Yamato Aegis' superiors built this weapon to replace it. While this weapon is not as powerful as the CPBM it makes up for it with the ability to attack numerous enemies. The device unfolds from Aegis' suit's hands and she raises it above her where it activates, spraying lightning bolts all around, electrocuting all enemies within 10 feet of Aegis for massive damage. In order to avoid self-electrocution Aegis must be grounded when using this ability.

    Jump Jets

    Not a weapon, the Yamato's Jump Jets allow it to fly into the the air. Care should be used, however, as flying to high altitudes and dropping can result in serious damage.

  Clothes

  Just an oridinary set of clothes.

Background:

Most of Aegis' past before she entered the service of her current employers is unknown. She was chosen to join the ranks of the Illuminati's elite guard as the pilot of the experimental Yamato powered combat armor suit. She quickly rose in the ranks due to her skillful handling of it.

When Fiera (one of GG's characters) came to Meleenium and challenged the SSSers Aegis ended up in a battle against Mato, a red dreamlander possessed by a Ginyu-like body-stealing saiyan. Although Aegis won the match her original Combat Armor was destroyed when she attempted to fire the Charged Particle Beam Cannon in mid-air and ended up being thrown into the ground at high speed.

After the incident with Fiera's cohorts and being posessed by the creature known as "Glitch" Aegis decided that she could not count entirely on her combat armor to protect herself in battle. She left the service of the Illuminati temporarily to train to use whatever untapped power she may have. Along her way she met Cossack and decided to travel with him since they both shared a common goal: gaining power.
