Known Powers:
Nullification Field: Muse can generate a nexus around his body that absorbs all sensory information, except presumably for sight. While Muse can normally be seen with the naked eye, he shows up in digital photographs as a mass of swirling purple energy and glowing eyes. The field allows Muse the following:
-Because his power distorts his victim's perceptions, he can appear to move with blinding speed, sometimes faster than the eye can follow. Only opponents with enhanced senses, like Daredevil, can consistently perceive him in real-time.
-In close range, heroes who rely on enhanced senses must make a power FEAT either using their highest power rank or their Intuition rank vs. Mn intensity or they will find it difficult to get a fix on him or anticipate his moves, suffering a -1cs to all combat actions and a -2 Initiative. Any Initiative bonus the hero normally receives from his Intuition rank is negated.
-Opponents can attempt a FEAT against In intensity or suffer -2cs to combat actions and -4 Initiative
-Opponents can attempt a FEAT against Ex intensity or suffer -4cs to combat actions and -6 Initiative
-Opponents can attempt a FEAT against Ty intensity or suffer -6cs to combat actions and -8 Initiative
-If the hero, unlike Daredevil, can visually see Muse, these penalties are all reduced by 1cs and 2 Initiative.
-A hero trying to track Muse or locate him at a distance using enhanced senses must make a power FEAT roll against Un intensity and look for the sensory void, a place with no sounds or scents.
-Muse can move stealthily, negating sound and smell and blindside opponents.
-Muse’s Null-Field is not always on and Daredevil could initially sense his heartbeat and scent from a distance.
-The nature and origin of Muse’s power is unrevealed but may be mystic/supernatural in nature since the Inhumans seemed unable to neutralize his abilities.
