Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles #23, Vol. I

Picking up from TMNT #22, the story continues with the problem of everthing reverting to a peace-loving-tree-hugging state, after a little girl named Dale Evans McGillicutty goes back in time and changes history. Dale only did this because she was tricked by an alien so that his people could invade earth easily. Fortunately with the aid of the Fanny Whacker? ;), Dale repairs time and sets things right again. Thus, the Ninja turtles and Master Splinter revert back to their mutated selves. From this point the story only gets stranger as Splinter and the Gnatrat(known earlier as the Fanny Whacker) create some mayhem. Good artwork, strange tale.
