Born October 29, 1974 in Berlin Germany, where his father was stationed. Little is known of this man of mystery, is he faster than a speeding bullet, capable to leap tall builds in a single bound or just a mild mannered guy living day to day. Well, just like a Tootsie-Pop some may never know what lies at his center. Of course those that happen to witness a fast moving chevrolet get to close to Chad may see more than they wish of his center. Some have been graced with his presence and have felt better people for it, that they had filled some great void missing from their lives, (ok well they were happy to have met him anyway).
