Right click on the picture and save the link!! Then go to your profile & click modify, then go to "Avatar" click on "Use Custom Avatar" then place the link inside and then click save at the bottom of the screen. If you still don't know how tell the admin of POC what picture you want and he'll put it on your profile for you or whatever other pic you want on it.
