
The number one
problem that teenagers face today, according to teenagers themselves, is that
of drugs. Teenagers are in a curious experimental, questioning time of their
life. This stage in life is difficult and hard to understand. The hardest thing
for many parents is accepting that their teenager is experimenting with drugs.
Helping your child grow into a healthy and responsible adult is a rewarding
part of being a parent, but it’s not always an easy job.

School- The teenager has negative attitude,
drop in grades, many absences, and discipline problems.

Physical Health- Fatigue, red-glazed eyes, apathy.

Family- Starting arguments, breaking rules,
or withdrawn from the family.

Social Problems- New friends who are less interested
in home and school activities, styles in clothes and music.

irresponsible behavior.

of students have used marijuana.
Cocaine- Nationwide 8.2%
of students have used cocaine.
