Triumph

What?

I am creating three, very up-to-date machines as of this date.  I expect for them to keep me 'with the times' for a good long time, even though the computer industry is ever-evolving.  Sounds crazy, I'm sure, but that's okay, because some things just are.

Where?

The computers are being constructed here at my home in Denver, Colorado, USA.

When?

I expect them to be constructed over a long period of time, as opposed to all at once.  I will be constructing them all over the next year and a half.

Why?

I do several things with computers.  I just want there to be clear boundaries to keep me organized.  Also, who can complain with this many great computers.

How?

I am purchasing the parts through different websites and online auctions.  Beyond that, it will be through my skill alone to get the boxes created and finished.

What's with the names?

This is going to sound really stupid, but I chose the names for my computers through different fan grills for computers on pcmods.com.  They will of course be used on my different computers as the fan grills.

And the Colors?

Think of some basic colors.  Alright, now stick them with the names Radiation, Hurricane, and Biohazard.  The first colors that I thought of were Red, Blue, and Green, but I felt that Yellow worked better with Biohazard.

How'd you come up with the name of Triumph?

The first word that came to mind when I was thinking of a name for the project was project Trinity.  After telling it to some close friends of mine, they thought that it was dumb because of the fact that it made them think of The Matrix, and it made me seem like not only crazy, but also a pervert.

Plans for the future?

I of course am planning to expand on the three machines.  I was thinking of a laptop, but it is still undecided.
