We are a small, value-driven consulting practice; we work exclusively with voluntary, community and other non-profit organisations.

We are committed to promoting social change by working with our clients to help them achieve their potential. We aim to do this by:

• Providing expert knowledge, support, an external perspective, and an injection of energy, experience and brainpower at times when they are needed
• Extracting the learning from the work we do and applying it for the benefit of our clients.

Our Managing Director, Alan Cripps, has over 30 years’ experience of working in the voluntary sector, including extensive periods as Chair, Chief Executive and Company Secretary of various charities.

Alan acts as lead consultant on all of the assignments we take on; where we use associates, they are all people who have held senior posts in the voluntary sector. This enables us to provide our clients with access to top level “real world” skills and experience as well as a quality consultancy service.
