Lonely Angel

A lonely Angel
Perched on Her cloud
Up high in the Heavens Above
Looks Down upon the earth and sighs
With a sadness that none of the other
Angels can begin to Describe.
The stars are angels watching over us
She sits there lookin down watchin
The humans as they live day to day
Watches them as they play and work
I am told I live in a fantasy world not in reality
Watches them as some of them
Go off to Fight against other humans.
To her she sees no sense in the fightin
And cannot understand why it must happen.
To her she is just a lonely Angel
Who sits upon Her cloud
Up high in the Heavens Above.
With tears in her eyes as she looks on.
A lonely Angel Perched on Her Cloud
Filled with a Sadness No other
Angel Can Describe
For she will always remember
The Day She Came Home
How sad her family was
To see her go.
One day this Lonely Angel
Will Smile again
When Her Family Meets Her Home.
