Imagine fishing for some redfish from your own pier, watching a pair of Great Blue Herons building their nest while you sip your morning coffee on the deck, hearing the “whoosh” of a small pod of dolphins as they cruise by, or gazing at a stunning sunset over beautiful Copano Bay.

This and so much more is what you can expect at Dolphin Dreams, our home on the bay.

         This lovely home sleeps 6 to 8 people, with three bedrooms and two baths. The master bedroom has a king size bed, while the other bedrooms have twin beds. This is the perfect waterfront home for a family get-a-way or for a week of serious fishing!

          The living room area is comfortably spacious with a large sleeper sofa, easy chair, and TV with cable. The well equipped kitchen and dining area looks out at the expansive water views.

Sliding glass doors take you to the large deck, where you can spend hours of relaxation overlooking lovely Copano Bay. There is a table for dining and plenty of chairs for lounging as you enjoy the sights and sounds of a peaceful coastal vacation.

Copano Bay boasts some of the best fishing in the area and you can catch your trophy right off our pier. It is all set up for fishing, with lights, benches and a fish cleaning stand with electricity and water. All you need is your equipment.

While you are making your catch, you can watch the shrimp boats go out for shrimp or oysters and watch them haul in their catch.

This area is famous also for it’s bird watching opportunities. Sitting on the pier is a bird lover’s paradise. You may see the majestic white pelicans, blue herons, great egrets, roseate spoonbills or hundreds of shorebirds and ducks. All this -- right from our deck and pier!

And, we are minutes away from Aransas National Wildlife Refuge, where the whooping cranes winter and beautiful Goose Island State Park.

When you want a change from fishing and birding, try some sailing, hiking, swimming, shelling, bicycling or kayaking. You can be as relaxed or as busy as you want to be.

If you want a day for shopping, Rockport is a treat! Having an active art community, there are many galleries and interesting shops to peruse. You will also find fun antique shops and shell craft shops.
 

Be sure to come home to Dolphin Dreams via Fulton Beach Road. You will be treated to some extraordinary coastal wildlife and spectacular scenery. The windswept oaks are a natural artistic wonder.
