  Explorer, Netscape, Norton/McAfee anti-virus, Iomega Zip Ware,
  Adaptec easy CD Creator and other backup software including LS-120
  and tape back-up programs.

§         Deployed a 24 Workstation subnet with Windows 2000 Professional
  using RIS server and PXE network adapters as part of an existing 70
  workstation LAN for Blair College.

 

Hardware Experience

 

§         Provided support for all desktop hardware including multiple processors,
  SCSI cards and devices, network interfaces, printers, scanners,
  modems,  expansion cards, and multimedia interfaces including USB
  and IEEE 1394 devices.

 

§         Supported and troubleshot hubs, switches, and basic router functions in
  a classroom environment simulating WAN/LAN technologies.
  Specifically on the Cisco 2600 routers, and 1900 series switches, with
  VLAN and routing protocols.
