This site is about me - Beth Shanholtzer - a history of how I got to this point in my life, my personal and work history, and what I like to do in my spare time.

I am also going to share some of my favorite web sites and show you some of my favorite people and places.

Below left are some of my favorite web sites. These are sites that basically paralell my life - my love of gardening and cooking (or more appropriately eating), my desire to be creative (though I don't have much time for that), my love of Longaberger baskets, and my current project - working on my master's degree through the University of Phoenix Online.
