Hi! Welcome to my own personal recipe website. I don't invent any of my own recipes, at least no recipes good enough to put on my site. I get my recipes from numerous books, people, and other places. I will include where I found each recipe next to the name of the food. Bon appetite!********************** Keebler pancakes: Ingredients 2 cups sifted flour 3 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. salt 2 eggs 2 cups milk 1/4 cup CRISCO, melted Directions In bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt. Combine the eggs and milk; stir in melted Crisco. Add milk mixture to flour mixture; blend thoroughly. Pour batter on hot, greased griddle or in lightly greased skillet. Turn when tops are bubbly.** Keebler Oven French Toast: Ingredients 1 stick (4 oz.) unsalted butter 1/4 cup sugar 1/4 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. grated orange zest 2/3 cup orange juice 4 large eggs, beaten well 1/2 tsp. salt 8 slices firm white bread Powdered sugar for garnish (optional) Orange slices for garnish (optional) Directions Preheat over to 325°F. Melt butter in rectangular baking pan. Combine sugar, cinnamon and orange zest. Sprinkle evenly over butter. Stir together orange juice and eggs. Dip bread slices into orange juice/egg mixture and arrange in single layer in baking pan. Bake until browned, about 25 minutes. Turn over onto plate; garnish with powdered sugar and orange slices. ** Keebler S'more in a Cone: Ingredients 1/4 cup SMUCKER'SŪ Chocolate Fudge Topping, divided 1/4 cup SMUCKER'SŪ Marshmallow Topping, divided 6 KEEBLERŪ Fudge-Dipped Ice Cream Cups 6 small scoops vanilla ice cream 12 KEEBLERŪ Graham Crackers, chopped Directions Place 1 teaspoon SMUCKER'SŪ Chocolate Fudge Topping and 1 teaspoon SMUCKER'SŪ Marshmallow Topping in bottom of each KEEBLER. Fudge-Dipped Ice Cream Cup. Press 1 scoop ice cream into each cup. Sprinkle with chopped KEEBLERŪ Graham Crackers. Top each with 1 teaspoon SMUCKER'SŪ Chocolate Fudge Topping and 1 teaspoon SMUCKER'SŪ Marshmallow Topping. Serve immediately. ** Keebler S'more Puddin': Ingredients 9 KeeblerŪ Honey Graham Crackers 2 3/4 cups milk 1 package (5-1/4 oz.) vanilla pudding and pie filling 3 plain (1.65 oz.) milk chocolate candy bars 2 1/2 cups mini marshmallows Directions 1. Line bottom of and 8x6x2-inch baking pan with 3 KeeblerŪ Graham Crackers. 2. In medium saucepan, combine milk and pudding mix. Cook over low heat until mixture comes to a full boil. Cool 5 minutes. Spread half of the pudding over crackers; top with second layer of crackers. 3. Place candy bars on crackers. Spread remaining pudding over candy bars; top with third layer of crackers. Sprinkle with marshmallows. 4. Place under broiler until golden brown, about 2 minutes. Serve warm or chill in refrigerator. ** Keebler Cheesecake S'mores: Ingredients 3 tablespoons cream cheese, softened 1/4 cup marshmallow creme 4 KeeblerŪ Honey Grahams, split in half 4 teaspoons strawberry jam Directions 1. In a small-size mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and marshmallow creme. 2. Spread each of 4 Graham Cracker halves with 1 tablespoon of the cream cheese mixture. Spread 1 teaspoon strawberry jam on each of the other graham cracker halves. Sandwich cracker halves together. Variation: Substitute the strawberry jam with your favorite jam or sliced fresh fruit.
