A Teen

I am jus a child I can't run wild The world is overbearing even though they try to be caring They say I didn't know my places I'm stupid because there's youth in my face Because I'm a youth I don't know the truth Since I'm not old My words can never be told My opinions aren't valid because I lack in years As i'm ignored I hold my tears I don't speak a word For my views are ignored I must follow every rule After all I'm just a fool My ideas have no merit I simply can't bear it I'm not a baby , but i'm not eighteen I'm merely in between which makes me a misunderstood teen.
