You look around and see a sparsely furnished room with tan walls and speckled gray linoleum well-worn from years of use. There are two beds in here, each against one of the walls. The third wall contains a battered desk with a phone and one chair.
This room is used by the residents and interns who happen to be on duty any given day. Here is where they work, study, and sleep (when they can).
If you're looking for Dr. Morton, he might be in here. You may write him a note and leave it on the desk.
However, if he's on duty today, he's more likely to be on the floor, making rounds; he often takes his paperwork into the break room. Try checking there for him as well.
