Dr. Early is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons.
He is also a member of the American Academy of Neurology and the AMA.
Whether Dr. Early would have been personally acquainted with eminent neurologist Dr. Oliver Sacks is unknown, but it would be fascinating if they did know each other professionally. In any case, Dr. Sacks' website contains an exhaustive list of links related to neurology.
