A two-vehicle accident Tuesday night, Sept. 23, resulted in the arrest of one man on drunk driving charges.
     Thomas A. Christensen, 32, no address listed, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of intoxicqnts after reportedly attempting to flee from police following the accident at about 10 p.m. on NE 14th.
     Christensen's Nissan pickup ran into another small pickup driven by Chris Wright, 22, no address listed, as Wright was reportedly backing out of a driveway.
     Wright was transported by private vehicle and then treated at North Lincoln Hospital for glass fragments in his arm and was released.
     Christensen was also charged on a warrant for Felon in Possession of a Firearm. He was not injured in the accident.
     One sheriff's deputy and city police responded to the accident.
