Beautiful Poetry Written For Me
By My Sis On Line | Stingerbee1t |
I Hope She Knows How Much I Care
And Love Her Just For Being Who She Is
Thank You Sis For Both Poems..
*For She's A Woman* And Jenn My Sis

~ Dedication ~

I wrote this for one woman ..
Who as a friend and a sister has always
shown me the beauty in all.. reguardless
of situation. She has touched my heart
been an inspiration to many of my words..
Through smiles and even tears at times.. she
has shown me what true strength and love for
others can do..
To My Sis.. Ms.. Lengjenn..

(These eyes do see..)
A women lost in thought..
Alone within herself..
Her eyes showing..
The years of her life she has
passed through..
A true vision of a woman she is..

She has seen and done it all..
Her heart as soft as silk..
At times.. stormy skies.. she weathers..
Life almost breaking her...at times..
Her strength.. she pulls from deep within her..
To make it through each and every day..

When she cries..her tears are as
fragile as those belonging to a child..
When she hurts..She hurts deep..
You can keep her as a vision within your eyes..
but keep her down .. you will not..

She's a leaning post for all..
Her shoulders never running out
for those who need them..
Soft and delicate.. as the petals of a rose..
Strong as steel ..when need be..
Her faith never waivering..
She's a lover..
She's a mother..
She's a friend..
and she's a wife..
A true vision..
In any man's eyes she should be..
For she is a woman..

She's faced the hardest times
you could imagine
and many times her eyes
fought back the tears
and when her youthful world
was about to fall in
each time her slender shoulders
bore the weight of all her fears
and a sorrow no one hears
still rings in midnight silence,
in her ears

~Let her cry,~ for she's a lady
~let her dream,~ for she's a child
let the rain fall down upon her
She's a free and gentle flower,
growing wild

and if by chance I should hold her
let me hold her for a time
but if allowed just one possession
I would pick her from the garden,
to be mine

Be careful how you touch her,
for she'll awaken
and sleep's the only freedom that she knows
and when you walk into her eyes,
you won't believe
the way she's always paying
for a debt she never owes
and a silent wind still blows
that only she can hear and so she goes

~Let her cry, for she's a lady~
~let her dream,~
~for she's a child~
let the rain fall down upon her
She's a free and gentle flower,
growing wild
