Ok, Here are the rules. You must follow these if you want to join the club. 1. You must sign the guestbook 2. You can only choose a sailor scout that does not exist. Such as: Sailor Ice, Sailor Moon, Sailor Jupiter, Sailor Mercury etc. 3. You must check in to the site at least 4 times a week. 4. You need to have a pic of your scout. ( If you don't have one you can ask me if I'll make u one ) 5. You can not choose a scout that is already chosen on the list. 6. You must link me to your site (if you have one) 7.
