National Campaign for Firework Safety

How you can help us

Tell us what is happening in your area

1.  Is anyone selling "Display Type" fireworks to the general public in your area?
By "Display Type" we mean BS7114 category 3 or 4, (Some fireworks in category 3 are also dangerous), like those used in Large displays, by professional firework display operatives.
It is
Illegal to sell category 4 fireworks to the general public.
If you are unsure, tell us anyway, we shall check it out.
Just type the name of the shop/vendor and their address.

2.  Is anyone selling fireworks to children under the age of 18?
It is illegal to sell any fireworks to anyone 'apparently under the age of 18'.
If you are unsure, tell us anyway, we shall check it out.
Just type the name of the shop/vendor and their address.

3.  Have you been involved in a firework accident?  If so, how did it occur?
Was it your fault, or did the firework malfunction, if so, how?

4.  We would be grateful for your comments regarding Firework Safety.

If you would like us to contact you, then please leave either your telephone number
And/or you email address.
