Here is where you can find what level times gravity to train at: Before it was the old system... now it is the NEW!!! The numbers in order are: The range of your NORMAL power level (not including your Transformations or Max. PL) - the amount of Gravity you are training at - how much power increase you get...
You keep training at the same level until you reach the next PL range and train at that!
ALWAYS TELL ME HOW EVER MUCH TIMES GRAVITY YOU ARE TRAINING AT - AND Don't train too hard (CONTINUOUSLY: ~*HINT*HINT*~) OR ELSE: you'll have to REST!!! (And DON'T FORGET TO SHOWER!!!)

Also: you can only train up to 100x gravity if you are on Earth, but any other planet you can go up to 300x.
If you are on your own ship or citadel or shuttle: you can train up to 100x: but have to have a gravitron... but you can go up even higher by getting gravitron upgrades...
