and all who read this
GOD BLESS!

To those of you who knew Cassie Burnall, you lost a great friend and amazing woman!
Although I wasn't very close to Cassie I am proud to be able to call her a friend! I wish now that I had gotten to know her even better, but through all of this! I believe in her death Cassie fit into Revelation 2:13-17! By being a faithful martyr, and yet she was still very real in her life and was so uplifting to others! She was also always looking for ways to surrender her all to God!

In Revelation, the angel to the church of Pergamos said, "I know thy works, and where thou dwellest, even where Satan's seat is: and thou holdest fast my name, and hast not denied my faith, even in those days wherein Antipas was my faithful martyr, who was slain among you, where Satan dwelleth." Though It was her time to go to the Father it is an amazing thing how her life fit into Rev.2:13 and even in her death she was such a beautiful witness for Jesus Christ! If there is one thing I could have happen in my life, it would have to be that God would allow me to be a witness in my death the same way that He has been in Cassie's.

On Monday at her funeral her father said, "You worry about those you love when you don't know where they are, and everyone knows where Cassie is", we all need to have that same strength in our salvation "For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son, that whosoever believeth in him should not parish but have everlasting life!" (John 3:16)

As we have a relationship with Jesus Christ we need to be secure in our faith even unto death! "For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come. Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord." (Romans 8:38-39)

In all this tragedy we have all seen the power of prayer, even though people have tried to take God out of America's public schools it has amazed me the number of people who have banded together coming to Clement Park and Columbine High School to pray with complete strangers and to encourage one another! Prayer has been coming from all over the world, Steven Curtis Chapman told us of a group of mothers in his home church in Kentucky who have all joined together to pray especally for the mothers involved in the situation, with an outpouring of prayers from all over the world it's no wonder so many are coming to know the good news of Jesus Christ!

Encouragement has come in all forms from flowers to songs, including the song, "Columbine, Friend of Mine" performed by Jonathan and Stephen Cohen at the state memorial! If you would like a copy of this song it can be ordered by calling 303-797-6474 or by writing to: Friends of mine, P.O. Box 3099, Littleton, CO 80161-3099. Proceeds from sales of this CD are going to the victims' families!
