Manage the development and maintenance of a metro-wide, internet-based information and referral system for a federal victim services grant (Victim Services 2000) shared between 26 victim service agencies in the Denver Metro area.  Developed quality assurance procedures to maintain the accuracy of data.  Train service providers on the use of the system.  Coordinated and chaired advisory board meetings between collaborating agencies.

Manage the development and maintenance of a metro-wide Therapist Referral Directory, shared between the Denver Victims Service Center, the Rape Assistance and Awareness Project, and the Denver Police Department.

Manage agency technology assessments and completed an upgrade of computer systems agency wide. Provide Network Systems Administration for a Windows NT 4.0 system.

Manage the development of a client statistics database in Microsoft Access.

Assess current technical capabilities of the agency and provide recommendations for improvements. Coordinated, researched and upgraded computer systems for the implementation of a networked agency. Troubleshoot, maintain and upgrade agency hardware and software.

Provide technical support for all agency equipment including computer, phone and fax systems, developing e-mail and voice mail accounts for agency staff, and providing staff training on various software and hardware components, including Microsoft Office 97.

Prepare grant proposals and funding reports for numerous foundations and state agencies.

Prepare monthly program statistics and expenditure reports.

Supervise and train intern, volunteer and administrative staff.

Coordinate Denver activities for National Victims Rights Week, including press releases, public relations, special event coordination for a statewide rally, and collaboration with area non-profit agencies, churches, and law enforcement.
