Now 'leave' the newbie guild. From here go to the Thaumaturgist guild in Lirath (or Sreen if your Drow) and join.

fighting.points to 10
magic.spells to 10
magic.spells.offense to 15
magic.spells.offense.target to 75
magic.spells.special to 75
magic.items to 10
magic.items.potions to 75
magic.points to 40

Now from here, don't leave the Thaum guild, just go straight to the Alchemist guild and join.

fighting.points to max fighting to 35
fighting.combat to 10
fighting.combat.parry to 15
fighting.combat.parry.melee to 35
fighting.combat.parry to 35
finish off fighting subskills
magic.spells.offense.target to 300
magic.spells.special to 300
magic.items.potions to 350
magic.items to 350
magic to 300
magic.spells.offense to 300
magic.spells to 300
magic.spells.defensive.self to 300
magic.spells.defensive to 300
magic.spells.misc.self to 300
magic.spells.misc to 300
magic.items.(all subskills) to 350
magic.points to 300
