Results from the 1999 Liberty September Tournament

The Liberty September Tournament was held on 25 September 1999 at Liberty High School in Colorado Springs. Larry Wutt organized this USCF-rated 4SS G/30 event. All 12 participants opted for rated play, so no nonrated section was held.

Victor Smith won the $20 first prize with a perfect score. The $10 second prize was split by David Reese and Larry Wutt, each of whom scored 3.0 points. Raymond Artis, Brandon Curry, and Steve Sparks shared the U1200 prize of $10 with 2.0 points apiece.
