What ever I write tends to be a blend of styles, moods & influences, without going into any one extreme. Usually I balance basic styles of Rock & Pop, with the more unique elements of Funk, Progressive, Jazz or Classical, depending on what I'm working on. A quite prolific songwriter, I've written over 500 songs. Here you can listen to a few & read some of my lyrics & the stories behind them.

I write what ever I write... Though I usually seperate the songs into different categories/projects. On various tunes, people have noticed the influences of: Heart, Bryan Adams, Prince, Sting, U2, Pink Floyd, Coldplay, Journey, Bonjovi, Foriegner, Billy Idol, the Cult, Amanda Marshall, Melissa Etheridge, Pink, Alannah Myles, Richard Marx, Sarah McLaughlin, the Beatles, Robert Palmer, Led Zeppelin, Styx, Cream, Eddie Money, David Bowie, Dire Straits, Tom Cochrane, T.Rex, Lisa Dalbello... -to even- Sarah Brightmann, Blondie, Abba, Celine Dion, Spice Girls & Shania Twain.

    When writing songs the most important thing for me is always the melody. But sometimes in the rush to do that lyrics can take a secondary place to the over all feel & mood of a tune. Although I am able to put depth into my words when time & my muses allow for it :)
