We supply free leaflets, brochures and information on the anxiety disorders as well as books, audiotapes and videos for sale that will assist anyone to overcome the problems. The idea is to use the techniques found in this bounty of information and then report back to the group on your progress and experiences and encourage those not as advanced as you.
By sharing your experience you gain far more strength than just relying on yourself. Many people find friendship and by going out together you find the fear disappears quickly.

We are always looking to start groups in new areas. Please call us if interested. We give you full training, support and publicity.
