 The RMDWVS meets the first Saturday of each month at the Jefferson County Public Library, except as it conflicts with local sci-fi conventions and events. The meeting facility's capacity is 35 and the room has tables, chairs, running water, a projection screen and a conference board.

Jefferson County public library is in Golden, Co. The address is 1019 Tenth St. To get there, take 6th ave west to 19th St, go right (east) until Washington St. Go left (south) on Washington to 10th street.
