The flight wasn't on time, first two hours late, then three, four, five! It was supposed to be landing at 5:00 PM, but it was 9:10 PM when the plane finally landed at the airport. There was Maggy, her hands shaking, sweating, holding a camcorder but didn't know who to focus on. After some minutes, she just threw Yayi the camera and started to run to Gate 15.
Many people wanted to see their relatives, hug and kiss them. But nobody could be willing to do that more than these two people who were madly in love, missing each other so bad, and could finally be together to do these wonderful things. Then Maggy stopped, she couldn't move, she was holding the handrail so tight to avoid falling down. First thing she saw at a distance, was that white, blond, handsome guy, with the red bow he promised he would wear. He shone above everyone else. His brightness was that of an angel. Behind that locked glass door, was Lee, desperate to get out and hold her in his arms. They couldn't believe that after all that waiting, a single glass door wouldn't let them be together.
Suddenly, the doors were opened. Lee came running and grabbed Maggy, kissed her, holding her with such strength that she couldn't even breathe. Happily
crying, Lee didn't stop telling her how beautiful she was. It made her feel a little bit shy, but made her feel so good, and so happy. Meanwhile, Yayi was there with María & Jon. She was recording that wonderful scene.
It was a wonderful, miraculous, unforgettable moment,
that they will never, ever forget.
