I, Anatoly Alexander NAUMOV , graduated Novosibirsk State Technical University ( Novosibirsk Institute of Electrical Engineering ) in 1973 according to speciality "Applied Mathematics" with Honours Diploma . From 1973 till 1976 I was a Assistant Professor at the Department of Applied Mathematics .From 1976 till 1979 I had post-graduated course and in 1980 I received Ph.D. degree in Engineering System Control . The Theme of my Dissertation is "Unbiased Design of Experiments".From 1983 I was a Docent of the Department of Applied Mathematics.From 1993 I was a Docent of the Department of Applied Mathematics Novosibirsk State Academy of Building and Siberian Humanitarian University. Since 1994 have worked a Docent of the Department of Economical Informatics of Novosibirsk State Technical University. My teachers Courses and Interests are so:

3. Active identification of real-time systems and effective data processing (Direct Product Method ,recurrent Schemes of Estimation with aid of direct Product Method , Control Problems and Active Identification etc.).
4. Optimal and effective observations .
5. Nonparametric Models and Effective Experiments.
6. Evolution and Adaptive Control Problems.
7. Immersion Method of Active Identification .
8. Statistical models of econometrical and financial problems.
9. Methods for Classification and Diagnostic; Learning of Diagnostic Systems; Quick Methods of Change-Point Detection; Adaptive Diagnostic Systems
and so on.

My experience in programming for Computers is more as 30 years old. I can programming in Algol , Fortran , Pascal , C++ and in other systems . My interest in programming is elaborate program for complex mathematical algorithms and problem with nonstandard solutions. I'm liked to work out the programs from "zero". I'm working out program complex for design of experiment and data processing to scientifical and applied problems ( real-time experiments with aircraft, for chemical processes , for optimal reserve of equipment and so on ). My investigative directions in last years are the working out original Approaches to solving the Problems noted above and new algorithmical schemes of their realization.

Monograph helps to get a clear idea of state in so impetuously developing and widely using in practice theory as design of experiment. Here are in accessible and visual form the basic models of the theory presented and using of software developing in MATLAB 6.1 and in JAVA illustrated. besides in the book it is wide enough modern mathematical methods of effective control of experiments on basis of original methods offer by authors represented Presented methods were in software MATLAB 6.1 and JAVA approved and texts of many of them are attached. Approach of algorithms realization using Web- technology is considered. Monograph will be useful as researchers both high-level students specializing in area of system and mathematical statistical and regression analysis methods developing. The basic questions considering in monograph are “Classical theory of design of experiment and it’s “narrow” places”, “Effective strategies of experimentations”, “Algorithms of effective strategy of experiment synthesis(ESoES)”, "Ô- effective control of experiments", "Loss function in problem of ESoEC synthesis", "Effective control of experiment for dynamic systems", "Effective control of experiment taking into account a priori information", "Control of experiment in case of using of the splines", "Computer experiments in problem of control of experiments", "Algorithm of computer experiments on basis of bootstrap approach (method)", "Appendix. Programs for MATLAB 6.0 and JAVA Applications" and so on. Parts 1- 7 are written by Anatoly Naumov and parts 8-9 and Appendix by Anatoly Naumov and Vitali Senitch.
